Inspection Engineer

Position Information

Job responsibilities:

1. Prepare inspection instructions and records to standardize the work behavior of inspectors;

2. Participate in non conformance review;

3. Conduct on-site investigation, cause analysis, develop corrective measures for each customer complaint or major internal quality issue, supervise the implementation results, and ensure that similar issues do not occur again;

4. Investigate and analyze the issues of missed inspections by inspectors, optimize the inspection process, and continuously reduce missed inspections;

5. Supervise and inspect special processes to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements;

6. Archive the new OA process for material substitution orders, domestic and foreign sales notices, engineering instructions, and inventory restructuring orders for future reference; Timely report the daily work situation of the team to the immediate supervisor;

7. Special order control and preparation tracking;

8. Caring about the inspector"s thoughts, work, and life, ensuring safe production;

9. Work authorized by the head of the agency department;

10. Participate in the daily management work of the department and promote the improvement of department performance;

11. Check the daily work quality of the inspector according to the inspection record form.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor"s degree or above, majoring in mechanical or materials related fields;

2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in inspection and quality management of mechanical products;

3. Knowledge: Familiar with mechanical drawing, mechanical principles, engineering materials, understanding valve related standards, familiar with mechanical processing and processes, understanding basic knowledge such as casting process, forging process, welding, heat treatment, etc., and understanding ISO quality management;

4. Skills: Possess certain management skills, proficient in computer applications, and possess certain English listening, speaking, and writing abilities
