Quality Manager
Position Information
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of various quality management systems of the company, as well as the execution and promotion of various quality management activities of the company.
2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of quality standards and inspection procedures for incoming materials, in-process products, and finished products, and supervising and guiding various quality inspection work.
3. Responsible for handling quality anomalies, assisting in handling customer complaints and return investigations, analyzing causes, and developing improvement measures
4. Responsible for collecting, transmitting, responding to quality management information, as well as analyzing and controlling quality costs.
5. Responsible for organizing the control of non-conforming products, developing preventive and corrective measures for non-conforming products, and supervising their implementation.
6. Responsible for the management of inspection instruments, measuring tools, and experimental equipment.
7. Responsible for supervising and inspecting quality records, organizing analysis and management of data.
8. Responsible for providing basic quality training and training on key points of inspection work for inspection personnel.
9. Responsible for the preparation work of the internal and external audit quality department.
10. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
Qualification:
1. College degree or above, experienced individuals can lower their educational requirements, with priority given to the valve industry;
2. At least three years of quality management experience in the mechanical industry;
3. Proficient in using various quality management tools and office software;
4. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
